When you subscribe, you are charged for the full billing period up front (12 months, 1 month or 1 week depending on the plan). Introductory prices apply to the first billing period only; after that the subscription renews automatically at the regular price shown next to each plan ($171.99/year, $11.99/month or $6.99/week), unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
Email [email protected] from the address you used to subscribe and we will cancel the subscription the same business day. After cancelling, no further charges are made and the service works until the end of the paid period.

Up to 5 devices can be connected simultaneously on one subscription. You can install your configuration files on as many devices as you like; the limit applies to concurrent connections.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
We do not create records of the websites you visit, the content you transmit or the DNS requests you make through the VPN. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what we do and don't collect.
Any VPN adds some overhead. WireGuard is designed for minimal latency, and choosing a server close to you keeps the difference small for most users.
